A Bert Nash Ambassador introduces people in the community to the Bert Nash Center. The qualifications are simple; you are passionate about our mission of responding to needs, restoring lives, and building a healthy community.
Being an Ambassador is one of the easiest and most important ways you can serve the mission of Bert Nash. Ambassadors are short-term volunteers who are asked to complete the following within 3-6 months:
- Attend at least one Discover Bert Nash tour.
- Attend an Ambassador 101 Orientation.
- Recruit ten or more guests to attend the Discover Bert Nash tour, or host our Discover Bert Nash tour at your office, school, community group or home.
- Recruit one person to take your place as an Ambassador.
Interns and Volunteers
Thanks for your interest in getting involved with the Bert Nash Center!
If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the “Ambassadors” tab above. Occasionally, there will be specific volunteer opportunities that will be posted on our “Careers” page – so please check there too!
If you are a student seeking an internship/practicum (either paid or unpaid) at Bert Nash, please contact the program advisor or director at your university. All intern and practicum placements are coordinated through university staff and not directly with the Center.
