Judi Rodman,
Children and Family Services Director

Hello, I am Judi Rodman, director of Children and Family Services.

With over 20 years in the field, I have experience in mental health, residential care, behavioral education, forensic therapy, and juvenile justice. I have over 16 years of experience as a case manager, therapist, manager, and director in a community mental health center setting. I feel fortunate to be able to live out my passion … helping children and families live their best lives.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in education, with an emphasis in counseling from Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D. I am certified in Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Trauma in Schools, and Parent Child Intervention Therapy. I have also had to pleasure to serve on the Board of Directors for several community organizations.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my three inspiring children and two delightful grandchildren. I look for any excuse to be outside enjoying nature with my two golden retrievers, Chance and Charlie Mae. I enjoy reading, DIY projects around the house, shopping for antiques, refinishing furniture, exploring art co-ops, listening to live music and traveling.
